The example below is a mint PP254A a 1d. red, block cypher watermark, with the Wattses underprint (14mm) reading downwards. Unfortunately there is some paper adhesion to the reverse - top right corner when viewed from the back. Note. PP254A is my numbering as this underprint is currently unlisted by Stanley Gibbons.
